All prices listed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted are listed during checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
6. Product Use, load Limits & Floor Responsibility
Certain products sold on this website, including composite resin sheds supplied with integrated composite resin floors, are designed for light domestic storage purposes only and are not load-bearing structural floors.
The composite resin floor is intended to support evenly distributed, ordinary household items. It is not suitable for excessive, concentrated, or extraordinary loads, including but not limited to heavy machinery, generators, safes, gym equipment, water tanks, ride-on equipment, pallets, or any items with excessive weight.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the shed is installed on a level, stable, and suitable base and that all items stored within the shed are appropriate for the product’s intended use. Any damage, failure, deformation, or collapse resulting from overloading, misuse, improper installation, point loading, or use outside the product’s intended purpose shall not constitute a defect and will not give rise to any liability, warranty claim, refund, repair, or replacement.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights the consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 in respect of goods that are genuinely defective, unsafe, or not reasonably suitable for their intended purpose when used correctly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges under certain conditions, as outlined in our Return Policy. Products returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
