At Savvy Sheds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your shed.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement.
Include your order number, name, and contact information in your communication.
2. Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning any products, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the shed is faulty or misdescribed.
- Return Address: Please contact us for the appropriate return address.
Time Frame:
All items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
3. Refunds
Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned shed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Deductions:
- If the product is returned damaged, missing parts, or used, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
- If you need to exchange a damaged shed for the same model, please contact us.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If your shed arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider—processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
8. Product Delivery & Assembly
- All Savvy Sheds products are supplied flat-packed in multiple boxes and do not arrive pre-assembled.
- Each shed includes full DIY assembly instructions. Assembly is the responsibility of the customer and forms part of the product offering.
- Returns are only accepted for sheds that are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
